Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 portion.

125 mL (1/2 cup) Frozen Mango, divided
125 mL (1/2 cup) Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
60 mL (1/4 cup) Coconut Milk
1 Banana
60 mL (1/4 cup) Granola
125 mL (1/2 cup) Berries (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry)
15 mL (1 Tbsp) Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. In large blender, blend half the amount of mango + the yogurt, banana, and coconut milk.
  2. Pour into serving bowl and garnish with granola, berries, and mango. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
