INGREDIENTS

48 slice – Bread Whole Grain Multigrain
12 each – Avocado Fresh,Whole, Peeled
100 g – Pumpkin Seeds
10 ml – Spice Black Pepper

METHOD

  1. Toast bread. Top bottom slice each with 1/2 mashed avocado, 5 mL (1 tsp) pumpkin seeds, ground black pepper and other slice of bread
  2. Serve immediately
